Refund policy

At our shop we put extreme care and craftsmanship into each order we receive for you and your little ones. Each item in our shop is made to order and customizable with personal details. Please see our return policy below:

 

No Refunds, Returns or Exchanges 

  • Final Sale on personalized items: because our items are customized to include names, dates and other personalized information we are unable to accept returns, exchanges or process any refunds. All sales are final.

 

  • Please review all customization carefully upon ordering. We are not responsible for items that are cut, engraved, etc. with incorrect information upon submission. This includes spelling of names, dates, etc.   

 

Damaged / Incorrect Items

We strive for 100% satisfaction and want you to be happy with your order. However, we do understand that sometimes issues happen in transit with USPS/shipping companies.

  • If your item arrives damaged please contact us within 3 days of receipt of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging. We will review all information and respond back within 24 hours with a resolution.
